Every year, BAFS screens 14 or more quality films and we don’t always break even (films can cost between $300 and $900 to screen per film).  Does that mean we regret bringing them? NO! But it does mean that we need your help. Annual memberships insure that BAFS can take risks and bring great cinema to the Bay region.
